Guidelines for research proposal

Submit a short written proposal that includes the items below. One proposal for each research pair. Ten minute presentation.

1) What is your question?

(Include what animal(s) will you use to address your question?)

If you have a particular prediction about your question include that along with a ≥because≤ statement. (I predict the flies at the higher temperature will develop faster than those at a lower temperature becauseä)

2) What will you measure?

What are our dependent and independent variables?

3) What might a graph or graphs look like? (Draw it on the board)
